Email, text message, and mail solicitation policy
We maintain a list of customers who don't want to receive any marketing messages sent from us via email, text messages, or mail. Customers on this list are excluded from marketing campaigns using these contact methods.
From time to time, we send out non-solicitation matters. These include customer service surveys, billing matters, and other service-related issues. Customers who opted out will still receive these types of non-solicitation calls.
