If you took advantage of a recent wireless bill credit offer, you must meet all the applicable offer requirements to receive the bill credits. In most cases, the minimum requirements are that your service remains active and in good standing for the specified length of time of the offer to receive the bill credits.
Once the offer requirements are met, bill credits will typically be applied within three or four bill periods.
