Get bill threshold notifications

Learn how to set up or update your bill threshold notifications.


We can email or text you when your bill reaches a certain amount. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your account profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Communications and confirm the service you’re updating. Choose Switch account to update a different one.
  3. Select Edit next to Bill threshold.
  4. Provide the amount you want to be notified at in Enter threshold amount.
  5. Choose where you want notices emailed or texted.
  6. Save your changes.
