Get info about member IDs

A member ID lets you manage AT&T Internet or AT&T Phone and Phone – Advanced online.


Create a member ID

If you didn’t get a member ID when you signed up for your internet or phone service, you can set it up now. You just need your account number and access to the email you used to set up your account.

  1. Go to account registration.
  2. Enter your account number and then the verification code we send to your email.
  3. Choose Create a member ID.
  4. Follow the prompts.

Find your member ID

  1. Go to your account profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select Settings and confirm the account you’re viewing. Select Switch to choose a different service.
  3. Look under Sub-accounts to view your member ID details.
