It takes just a few quick steps to reboot your Wi-Fi gateway.
- Remove the power plug from the back of your gateway.
- If you have an internal battery backup, remove it from the bottom of the gateway.
- Leave the battery out and the gateway unplugged out for at least 20 seconds.
- Put the battery back in and replace the power cord to the gateway.
Your services should restore within 10-15 minutes. If your services aren’t fully restored, try Troubleshoot & Resolve
