If you receive a no service error, or a notification from us, we recommend rebooting your Wi-Fi gateway to update your software.

Wi-Fi gateway reboot

It takes just a few quick steps to reboot your Wi-Fi gateway.
  1. Remove the power plug from the back of your gateway.
  2. If you have an internal battery backup, remove it from the bottom of the gateway.
  3. Leave the battery out and the gateway unplugged out for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Put the battery back in and replace the power cord to the gateway.

Your services should restore within 10-15 minutes. If your services aren’t fully restored, try Troubleshoot & Resolve or select Chat available from this page to chat with an agent.
