You can choose how you want to receive marketing or promotional messages from us. Or you can choose to opt out from all AT&T marketing messages.

Manage marketing messages

Email, text message, and mail solicitation policy

We maintain a list of customers who don't want to receive any marketing messages sent from us via email, text messages, or mail. Customers on this list are excluded from marketing campaigns using these contact methods.

From time to time, we send out non-solicitation matters. These include customer service surveys, billing matters, and other service-related issues. Customers who opted out will still receive these types of non-solicitation calls.

How to update your communication preferences

  1. Go to Profile > Communication preferences
  2. If you have multiple accounts, select wireless from the drop-down at the top.
  3. In the Privacy options section, select Marketing preferences.
  4. Update and save your marketing profile preferences.

Note: You can select the opt-out link at the bottom of marketing emails to remove your email address.

Important details

Any changes you make to your marketing profile won’t affect your ability to get account-related notices, such as payment confirmations.

We update your marketing profile within 24 hours to prevent new promotions getting sent to you after you opted out. Please allow up to 60 days for pre-scheduled marketing messages to be processed.

In addition, we maintain your mail request for three years. If you move, you need to provide us your new information so that we won't unknowingly mail you.
