1. Call 800.901.9878 (611 from your AT&T Prepaid® number).
2. Say More Options when prompted, then Account changes.
3. Enter your four-digit password, if prompted.
4. Say Buy add-ons, and tell us the type of add-ons you want to hear about.
5. Choose the add-on you want and say Add it (or press 2), then follow the prompts to confirm your change.
