How to manage your AT&T PREPAID Multi-Line account

Main steps

You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last 4-digits of your wireless number.

The following steps are for AT&T PREPAIDSM (formerly GoPhone®) Multi-Line account owners only.

View savings details
From the Account Summary page, view savings for the Account Owner and member lines. If the Account Owner is enrolled in AutoPay you can also view savings for each member line.

Change rate plans
  1. From the Account Summary page, select the up/down arrow on the Member Lines section to view all lines on the account.
    Manage Lines button
  2. Select the line you wish to change by selecting the up/down arrows in the upper-right corner of the box.
  3. Select Change Rate Plan to proceed.
  4. Read the important information and then select Continue.

Note: The data allotment for the new plan will be pro-rated based on the number of days remaining in the Multi-Line term. We recommend changing rate plans on the day before the plan is due to renew.

Return member to an individual line
  1. From the Account Summary page, select the up/down arrow on the Member Lines section to view all lines on the account.
  2. Select the member line you wish to change back to an individual line by selecting the up/down arrows in the upper-right corner of the box.
  3. Select Remove to proceed.
  4. Read the important information and then select Continue. The member line is reverted back to an individual line immediately.

The member will receive a text message informing them of the change. Once removed, the Multi-Line account owner is no longer responsible for paying for that line and will no longer receive a Multi-Line discount for it. The member will keep the same rate plan and expiration that they had with the Multi-Line plan and will be responsible for paying the full, undiscounted monthly plan charge going forward.
