Didn't work.

My router didn't work with the "push button" setup, and I couldn't get the other setup to work. It kept telling me that I was done, but then it would prompt me to try again. I gave up.
No, I do not recommend this product.

My shop behind my house with its own power/meterbase. If I plugged this range extender into my shop power outlet would it still connect to my house wifi?
