Otter Box Defender is a GREAT case for iPhone!
Otter Box Defender case for iPhone 11 Pro is GREAT! I had one on my previous iPhone7 for 4 years and it is really the best protection for a cell phone available. Makes it a little bulkier, but an iPhone without a case is so slippery its only a matter of time till it's dropped and broken. Only thing is Otter Box no longer has an integrated screen protector. However, I purchased a pack of 3 on Amazon (search for Purity screen protectors) for only $6.99 and they work perfectly. Highly recommenSee more

Very frustrating, feature not included!
Display zoom feature is not included with iPhone 11 Pro. Had to exchange for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Apparently according to an obscure apple support note the display zoom feature is only included on certain models, not all. Had to pay the exchange fee because I had to open and check it before I discovered it missing on the iPhone 11 Pro. 2 ATT sales reps weren’t familiar with it until I show them. It’s not the screen zoom function to magnify a certain area. Very frustrating!
