Why is this even called a case?
Offers zero protection. Dropped once and my phone is completely shattered in the back. Don’t waste your money on this less than protective phone cover. They also have zero Customer service available. Save yourself and just buy pelican or life proof

It has no front cover, it doesn’t have the rubber on the back side to protect it from falling. Not very happy with this OtterBox. The past few I have had have been excellent. This one I think leaves my phone open to the elements.

It’s not the sturdy case I purchased for my wife’s 7+. I’m guessing that case is not available for the iPhone 11

Q: can the iPhone 11 Otterbox Symetry be used with an iPhone XR? I noticed that some case packaging shows Iphone 11/XR but the symmetry shows as only iPhone 11.
