The sound is so clear, and even with the background noise I can understand the person on the other end.

Sounds good, just a little uncomfortable.
Sound is nice loud and clear but a little uncomfortable to wear. Also not being able to charge your phone while these plugged in was kind of a big design flaw as well... Otherwise, these ear phones are better than nothing.
