Ensuring your device is properly charging
Ensure your device is properly charging to avoid running out of battery power. Keeping your device's battery well-charged will allow you to use it throughout the day without interruption.
1.
Locate the USB charging port on your phone.
This device is also capable of wireless charging.

Insert the USB cable into your phone and make sure the cable is securely connected.
3.
Tap on the Display to see the percentage of charge.
Wait approximately 15 minutes between checks to ensure your phone is charging.
4.
When your phone is finished charging, remove the USB cable.
