Checking your mobile or Wi-Fi signal

If you're having problems such as slow data speeds, dropped calls or audio issues, your mobile or Wi-Fi signal may be the cause.
1.

Check to see if there is a sufficient mobile signal on the phone by looking at the signal bars in the status bar. The more bars that are displayed, the better the connection.
