Check your email account settings
If you are having trouble sending and receiving email, your account settings including your mail servers may need to be verified.
1.
From Settings, scroll to and tap Accounts and backup.
2.
Tap Manage accounts.
3.
Select the Email account you want to check.
4.
Tap Account settings.
5.
Select your account's address from the list.
6.
Scroll to Server settings.
7.
From the 'Server settings' section, tap Incoming settings or Outgoing settings to edit username or SMTP server.
8.
After you've verified your information is correct, tap DONE.
9.
You've completed the steps!
