Setting up a Galaxy Watch for yourself
From the Galaxy Wearable app, tap Start.
If prompted, enable permissions for Galaxy Wearable.
Select your watch.
On your phone, verify the displayed number matches your watch and tap Confirm.
Tap Set up for myself.
Tap Sign in.
Tap Email or phone number.
Enter your Samsung Account info and tap Next.
Enter your Samsung account password and tap Sign in.
Tap Agree.
Tap Continue.
Tap Continue as....
You may be prompted to confirm your account password. If your device is not signed in to a Google account, tap Skip to set it up later.
Scroll to and tap I agree.
Tap Next.
The following steps will explain and confirm your consent to Gemini using Google Voice Match to hear your voice commands. Read each page carefully and select I agree to continue.
Tap Skip.
You may review these apps and choose Continue to install them now, or install later via the Play Store or Samsung Wear app.
Tap Next.
Tap Allow.
Smart Switch uses these permissions to create backups of your Watch's data. If you decline, your watch will not be backed up.
Tap Set up as new watch.
Tap Next.
From this step you can adjust the orientation of your watch, and which wrist you prefer to wear it on.
For the next several steps, you will be given an overview of your watch's features for tracking Health, easily replying to messages, and more. Review each option and tap Next to continue through them.
Tap Skip.
Your watch can be set up to use a mobile plan independent of your phone's. Tap Next in this step to set up this feature.
Once your watch is paired to your phone, follow the prompts on your watch to learn about some basic functionality.
