Connecting your watch to a cellular network
In order to connect your watch to your carrier's network, you need to set up a cellular connection on your device. Some carriers may require you to enter an APN to connect to their network.
1.
From the Galaxy Wearable app on your paired device, tap Watch Settings.
To be able to set up a mobile plan for your Galaxy Watch, your paired device needs to have an eSIM or physical SIM card installed.

Scroll to Mobile plans.

Tap Mobile plans.
After this step, the Wearable app will begin searching for a cellular plan to apply to your watch. If your carrier provided a QR code or other setup instructions, you may need to have those ready before proceeding.
