Asking the virtual assistant a question
Follow along with this tutorial if you are not having luck finding what you’re looking for or need to ask a question. Asking the virtual assistant is a quick way to swiftly receive help and resolve issues.

From the Smart Home Manager app main screen, tap the Message center icon.

Tap Need help? Chat with us.
3.
Select a prepopulated issue or tap the Type or ask a question field to write your own question.
Follow the on-screen prompts to speak with the virtual assistant.
