Resetting network settings, resetting all settings, and deleting all eSIMS on your iPad
If you are having trouble connecting to the Internet you may need to reset your network connections. Resetting your network connections will disconnect any Bluetooth devices connected to your device and disconnect your device from any Wi-Fi networks it is connected to.
1.
From within the Settings app, scroll to Transfer or Reset iPad.

Tap Transfer or Reset iPad.
3.
Tap Reset.
From this screen, you can perform a variety of actions:
Reset Network Settings - Resets the network settings of the device back to factory settings.
Reset All Settings - Resets all of the settings of the device back to factory settings.
Remove All Cellular Data Plans - Deletes any eSIMs installed on the device. Option may be hidden if no eSIMs are installed.
