Converting a physical SIM into an eSIM on the same device
Discover how to convert your physical SIM card to an eSIM on the same phone. Your physical SIM card is deactivated once the eSIM is activated and should be kept for at least 14 days before being discarded.
1.
From the Settings app, tap Network & internet.

Tap SIMs.
3.
Select the sim you would like to convert.
4.
Scroll to and tap Convert to eSIM.
5.
Tap Convert.
6.
Tap Done.

You've completed the steps!
