Resetting all settings
A common troubleshooting step is resetting all of your apps to their factory defaults if you are having trouble with your device; your personal information will not be deleted.
1.
From the Home screen, tap Settings.

Scroll to General.
3.
Tap General.
4.
Scroll to Transfer or Reset.
5.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
6.
Tap Reset.
Resetting your settings will reset all customized settings on iPhone. Personal information will not be deleted..
7.
Tap Reset All Settings.
8.
Tap Reset All Settings again.
9.
You've completed the steps!
