Performing a manual factory reset
If you are having trouble with your device or can't log in to the portal, you may want to perform a manual factory reset. Learn how to reset your device without going into the web portal.
1.
With your device powered on, locate the reset hole on the back of your device.
2.
Insert a dull tipped pin into the reset hole.
3.
Press and hold the Reset button for five seconds.
4.
You've completed the steps!
