Access and use Google Assistant

Select and hold the Home key to launch Google Assistant, or press and hold the Side button. Say the desired search term(s) when "Try saying" appears on-screen, or select the Keyboard icon to enter your desired search terms.

Note: You can also select the microphone icon Microphone icon on the home screen to access Google Assistant.

Access Google Assistant settings

1. From the home screen, select the Google folder, then select the Google App icon Google app. Select the Account icon, then select Settings.

2. Select Google Assistant. Edit Google Assistant settings as desired.
