Use Hold assist

Hold Assist keeps your spot in line while you wait for a live agent and notifies the user to return to the call. To use Hold Assist, you will need to keep your paired iPhone nearby your Apple Watch.

Note: Hold Assist is enabled by default. To disable or re-enable Hold Assist, from your paired phone, navigate to and open the Settings app Settings app > scroll to and select Apps > Phone > scroll to and select the Switch on Hold Assist Detection switch.
