Take a screenshot

Press and quickly release the Side and Volume down buttons.

Note: To access screenshots, from the home screen, select the gallery Gallery app menu icon Menu icon > Albums drop-down > Screenshots.

Edit or share screenshots immediately

Immediately after taking a screenshot, a toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Select the desired option:

 CROP A SCREENSHOT: Select the Crop icon, then edit screenshot as desired.
 SHARE A SCREENSHOT: Select the Share icon, then follow the prompts to share.
 

 

Access and use screen recording

1. Screen recording lets you capture what’s happening on your phone. Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen, then select the Screen recorder icon.

2. Select the desired sound setting, then select Start recording

3. To pause the recording, select the Pause icon. To stop the recording, select the Stop icon

Note: To access screen recordings, from the home screen, select the gallery Gallery appmenu icon Menu iconAlbums drop-down icon > Screen recordings.

Enable and use Palm swipe to capture

1. Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen, then select the  Settings icon.
 
2. Scroll to and select Advanced features, then select Motions and gestures.

3. Select the Palm swipe to capture switch to enable or disable as desired. When Palm swipe to capture is enabled, swipe the edge of your hand across the screen to take a screen shot.
