1. From the home screen, then tap Gallery.
   
2. Tap the desired album.
   
3. Tap the desired photo or video.
   
4. Tap the screen.
   
5. Tap the Share icon.
   
6. Tap the desired sharing method.
   Note: For this demonstration, 'Email' was chosen.
   
7. Select the desired image size, then tap the desired option.
   Note: For this demonstration, 'Just once' was used.
   
8. Enter the desired email address, then tap Send.
