App Troubleshooting

Use application manager to improve your app and device performance.

  1. CLEAR APP CACHE: Swipe down from the Notification bar with two fingers > select the Settings icon > General tab > Apps > desired app > Storage >  Clear cache.

  2. STOP AN APP: From the Apps menu, select the desired app then select Force stop.

  3. CHECK FOR APP UPDATE: From the Play Store, select the Menu icon > Select My apps and games > select the desired app you would like to update then select UPDATE.

  4. REMOVE AN APP: Select UNINSTALL, then select OK.

  5. REINSTALL A PREVIOUSLY UNINSTALLED APP: From the desired app in the Play Store, select INSTALL then follow the onscreen prompts.
