1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. From the "Dialer" tab, enter the desired phone number, and then tap the Call icon.
   
3. To answer an incoming call, drag the Answer icon towards the right of the device.
   
4. To ignore an incoming call and forward to voicemail, drag the Ignore icon towards the left of the device.
   
5. To reject an incoming call with a message, swipe up Reject call with message.
   
6. Tap the desired message to send the caller a text message.
   
7. Visit the AT&T International Calling website for help making calls to or roaming in another country.
