1. Ensure that Brightness is set to Auto/Low.
   Note: Drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers > Tap and hold BRIGHTNESS
   
2. Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use.
   Note: Drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers > Tap BLUETOOTH and WI-FI to toggle on/off.
   
3. Turn off Live wallpapers.
   Note: Touch and hold an empty area of the home screen > Tap 'Wallpaper' > Choose another wallpaper type.
   
4. Turn off Location services.
   Note: Drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers > Tap the 'Location icon' to toggle on/off.
   
5. Turn off the Auto-update apps setting.
   Note: Tap Play Store > Tap the 'Play Store tab' > Tap 'SETTINGS' > Tap 'Auto-update apps'.
   
6. Turn off the Auto-sync data setting.
   Note: Drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers > Touch and hold DATA > Tap the Menu icon > Tap 'Auto-sync data'
   
7. Turn off Mobile data to prevent background applications from consuming battery.
   Note: To access, drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers > Tap DATA to toggle on/off.
   
8. To access power saver mode, from the home screen, drag down the Notifications bar with two fingers.
   
9. Tap SETTINGS.
   
10. Scroll to, then tap Power saving mode.
    
11. To see a summary of battery availability, tap BATTERY.
    
12. To adjust settings, tap MODE.
    
13. To see a breakdown of battery usage, tap USAGE.
