1. From the home screen, drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers to access the menu.
   
2. Tap SETTINGS.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Security.
   
4. Tap Screen lock.
   
5. Tap the desired option.
   Note: For this demonstration, tap PIN.
   
6. Enter the desired PIN.
   
7. Tap Continue.
   
8. Re-enter the chosen PIN.
   
9. Tap OK.
   
10. To change the lock screen security type, tap Screen lock.
    
11. Enter the current password.
    
12. Tap Next.
    
13. Tap and follow prompts to set up the desired security type.
    
14. To unlock the screen, enter the chosen password, then tap Done.
