1. From the home screen, swipe to, then tap the AT&T folder.
   
2. Tap the Usage Manager.
   
3. Tap Power Management.
   
4. Tap Data Usage.
   
5. To set a limit on the amount of data used, tap Set mobile data limit.
   
6. Tap OK.
   
7. Touch and drag the Limit tab up or down the graph to limit the amount of data able to be used.
   
8. To adjust the usage cycle, tap the Data usage cycle field.
   
9. Tap Change cycle.
   
10. Scroll to the desired usage cycle reset date, then tap Set.
    
11. To view the data usage of specific apps, scroll down.
