1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to "PRIVACY & SECURITY", then tap Security.
   
4. Tap Screen lock.
   
5. Tap the desired option.
   Note: This tutorial shows you how to set up a PIN number as your screen lock.
   
6. Tap the PIN field to enter the desired PIN.
   
7. Tap Continue.
   
8. Tap the PIN field to confirm your PIN.
   
9. Tap OK.
   
10. To change your screen lock, tap Screen lock.
    
11. Tap the PIN field to confirm your PIN.
    
12. Tap Next.
    
13. Tap the desired option to set a new screen lock.
