- From the home screen, tap Dialer.
- Tap the Visual Voicemail icon.
- To change the password, tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Change password.
- Enter your existing voicemail password, then tap Continue.
- Type in your new voicemail password, then tap Continue.
- Retype the new voicemail password, then tap Finish.
