1. To power off the device, press and hold the Power/Lock key.
   
2. Tap Power off.
   
3. Tap OK.
   
4. To power up the device, press and hold the Power/Lock key.
   
5. If you are unable to power up the device, plug the phone into a power source, then try again.
   
6. If you are unable to turn off your phone with the Power key, remove and re-insert the battery.
