1. While in a call, tap Dialer to bring up the number pad.
   
2. Tap Speaker to enable speakerphone.
   
3. Tap Mute to mute the call.
   
4. Tap More for more options.
   
5. Tap Add to add a call.
   
6. Tap Hold to put the call on hold.
   
7. Tap Contacts to view your contacts list.
   
8. Tap Notes to add and view notes.
   
9. To access the home screen, press the Home key.
   
10. To return to your call, tap Touch to return to your call in the notifications bar.
