1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. Tap the desired phone number.
   
3. Tap Call.
   
4. To accept an incoming call, swipe Accept.
   
5. To ignore an incoming call, swipe Ignore.
   
6. Visit the AT&T International Calling website http://www.wireless.att.com/learn/international help making calls to or roaming in another country.
