1. While on a call, tap speaker to toggle speakerphone on/off.
   
2. Tap mute to mute the call.
   Note: The caller will not hear audio on your end.
   
3. Tap Bluetooth, if available, to select and use a Bluetooth audio device.
   
4. Tap hold to place the call on hold.
   
5. Tap skype, if available, to activate Skype for a video call.
   
6. Tap add call to begin three-way calling.
   
7. Tap the Keypad icon to open the keypad.
   
8. Press the Volume keys to adjust call volume.
   
9. To return to the home screen, press the Windows key.
   
10. While using the device, tap the Blue call bar to return to the active call.
    
11. Tap end call to hang up.
