1. The SIM PIN/PUK code can be changed from its default setting to a custom code. For information on changing your current SIM PIN, contact your service provider.
   Note: Entering a SIM PIN / PUK code improperly can result in a device lock. You will not be able to make or receive phone calls. If you think your SIM card has been locked, contact your service provider for information on resetting the code.
