1. To turn the device on, press and hold the Power/Lock key until the screen lights up.
   
2. Touch and drag across the screen to unlock.
   
3. To turn the device off, press and hold the Power/Lock key.
   
4. Tap Power off.
   
5. If you are unable to turn your phone on, plug the phone into a power source for 15 minutes, then try again.
   
6. If you are unable to power your phone off, or if it becomes unresponsive, press and hold the Power/Lock key for 10 seconds until it reboots.
