1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Press and hold the "1" key ( enter current voicemail password if prompted)
   
3. If you have unheard messages, press * to get to the Main Menu.
   
4. Press 4 to change your personal options
   
5. Press 2 to change your administrative options.
   
6. Press 1 for password options.
   
7. Press 1 to change your password then follow instructions to enter a new password.
