Change or reset voicemail password
This article describes how to change the voicemail password.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
- Press and hold the "1" key ( enter current voicemail password if prompted)
- If you have unheard messages, press * to get to the Main Menu.
- Press 4 to change your personal options
- Press 2 to change your administrative options.
- Press 1 for password options.
- Press 1 to change your password then follow instructions to enter a new password.
