1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Device Settings menu.
   
2. Tap Notifications.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Applications.
   
4. Scroll to, then tap the desired notification or alert.
   Note: For this tutorial, tap 'Text Messages'.
   
5. Tap Tone.
   
6. Swipe up/down, then tap the desired tone.
