1. From the home screen, tap the Phone icon.
   
2. Tap VVM.
   Note: Alternatively, you can check your voicemail messages by tapping the Phone icon from the home screen > Touch and hold the 1 key > if prompted, enter your voicemail password > follow the prompts to listen to your messages.
   
3. Tap the Arrow icon.
   
4. To listen to the visual voicemail, tap the Play icon.
   
5. Tap the Pause icon to pause.
   
6. Tap the phone number to place a call.
