1. Use your home phone’s volume adjustment if available.  Alternately, the volume of the Home Base can be adjusted if necessary.
   
2. While on a call, press '**' to decrease call volume.
   
3. Press '##' to increase call volume.
   Note: To exit Volume setting mode, press any other key, or wait five seconds.
   
4. Each time '**' or '##' is pressed, the volume level is decreased or increased one volume level.
