1. While on a call, tap the Add Call icon to call another number and place the current call on hold.
   
2. While on a call, tap Answer to place the current call on hold and accept the incoming call.
   
3. Tap the Switch Calls icon to switch between the current call and the call on hold.
   
4. Tap the Merge icon to combine the current call and the call on hold.
   
5. Tap Hang up to end the call.
