1. To find the firmware version, from the home screen, tap Menu.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Phone Information.
   
4. Software Version will be listed on this screen.
   
5. To check for updates, press the Back key.
   
6. Tap AT&T Software Update.
   
7. Tap Check for Updates.
   
8. If there is an update, follow on-screen prompts. Otherwise, tap OK.
