1. From the home screen, tap Menu.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Settings.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Security.
   
4. Tap the Phone Lock switch.
   
5. Enter the current password.
   Note: The default password is 1234.
   
6. Tap OK.
   
7. To change the password, repeat steps 1-3, then tap Change Password.
   
8. Enter the current password, then tap OK.
   
9. Enter the new password, then tap OK.
   
10. Re-enter the new password, then tap OK.
    
11. From the lock screen, enter the required passcode to unlock the device, then tap OK.
