1. With FaceTime, you can participate in video calls with other FaceTime users over a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection.
   
2. To turn FaceTime on, tap Settings > FaceTime. 
   
3. To make a FaceTime call, tap Contacts.
   
4. Tap a Contact name, and tap the FaceTime icon to make a video call.
