1. This device is available with 16GB of internal, usable memory and the option to add a MicroSD card up to 128GB (sold separately).
   
2. From the quick settings menu, tap the Settings icon.
   Note: To access quick settings, swipe down from the Notification bar.
   
3. Swipe to the System section, and then tap Storage.
   
4. The device storage summary can be viewed by tapping internal storage.
   
5. To free up memory on your device, delete unwanted pictures, music, and videos by tapping Used space > Pictures, videos or Audio > Tap and hold the desired file > Select Delete or Remove.
   Note: See the ‘Transfer media to & from computer’ tutorial for information on moving files from your device to your computer.
   
6. Tap SD card to check the portable storage. 
   
7. Remove unused apps by tapping Used space >Tap Apps > Tap the desired app > Tap the App info icon > Tap UNINSTALL.
   
8. Clear app data by tapping CLEAR CACHE.
   
9. Use a cloud storage app such as Google Drive (Apps > Google > Drive).
   Note: You can also download cloud storage apps via the Play Store.
   
10. Purchase an SD memory card to expand your device memory.
