1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action center.
   
2. Tap ALL SETTINGS.
   
3. Tap start+theme.
   
4. Tap choose photo.
   
5. Tap the desired album.
   
6. Tap the desired image.
   
7. To position the image, touch and drag the image. To zoom in or out, use two fingers in a reverse pinching or pinching motion, respectively.
   
8. Tap the Save icon.
