1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Action center.
   
2. Tap ALL SETTINGS.
   
3. Tap lock screen.
   
4. Scroll to, then tap the Password toggle.
   
5. Enter the desired password.
   
6. Tap the Confirm password field.
   
7. Re-enter the desired password.
   
8. Tap done.
   
9. Tap the Require a password after field.
   
10. Tap the desired option.
    
11. To change the password, tap change password.
